Rituals
The transformation from children to adults, from a girl to a woman and later to a mother, partner promises. Today it can be a change of job, business, leaving old patterns of behavior. We need rituals in order to put an end to what no longer serves us and to open up to a new role, to new energies. Otherwise, we are somewhere halfway, unsatisfied, unanchored.

I connect with higher management and let myself be guided by it. With humility and love. Every ritual is different, maybe you dance, maybe we use imagination or visualization, mantras or the ho'oponopono method. We can ask your lineage for support if you feel like it.
Rituals are powerful, even if they only last an hour or two. Give yourself time to integrate, rest and let your consciousness accept everything new that we open together. If you come across anything that you don't know how to deal with, let me know. I do rituals for groups and for individuals.

A personal ritual
A sacred time and space just for you, which closes or opens a new stage in your life.
Intention – the theme of the ritual according to your wishes.
If you don't know a clear intention, it will emerge from our conversation, and then what is best for you will happen.
It can be a transition ritual of ending a relationship, relieving problems with pregnancy, transitioning to a new role, e.g. mother, to a new phase of life as a scientist, but also what is rubbing you in life, e.g. receiving abundance.

Ritual of Menarche – the ritual of receiving the first menstruation
A sacred ritual to honor, celebrate and embrace your femininity and feminine power. I guide women through this ritual so that they can use the full potential of their femininity.

I perform the ritual with adult women in a group of approx. 10 women. We all share common themes and experience similar stories and the strength of the group is extremely supportive. We go back to the years of the first menstruation and change beliefs or negative memories for natural acceptance and thus get the opportunity to change the perception and experience of our femininity in the present.
