What is the dark side?
The dark side is what you don't like about yourself. It can be qualities you'd rather not have, such as jealousy, envy, demandingness... and then you get angry at yourself for reacting to a certain situation from your shadow, from your hurt. It can also be that you think you should be thinner, prettier, smarter so that your partner would prefer you...
How is self-love related to our shadow?
Self-love is accepting yourself in all your integrity, including your wounds and shadows. That is also part of us. A wounded woman (and man) wounds others with her actions, mostly unconsciously. There is nothing you can do about it from the unconscious or subconscious level, you need to become aware of your wounds, that is, bring them into consciousness.
How does self-love relate to partnership love?
When you do not accept even your dark side, it is reflected in your partnership, which means that your partner shows you, reflects, mirrors your self-doubts with his behavior. You then react from the injury, use your Lilith mostly unconsciously to defend yourself and suddenly you are on the battlefield.
How can I change it?
To become aware of your shadow, your wounds. and that is the purpose of this seminar. On the day of the seminar, there is a new moon in Virgo with an eclipse with a partial eclipse. Virgo is related to the body and its domain is nutrition, which is why the intestines are its most sensitive part. And also self-love, because the sign of Virgo usually works in service to others, and has to learn to perceive its body, its needs and desires, and put itself in 1st place. And this is the theme of self-love, the 2nd chakra, so we will be beautifully supported by the lunar constellation. And the eclipse, that is a clear theme of the shadow…

- comfortable clothes - I recommend a skirt or dress for a better perception of energy
- white dress - can be a skirt and a T-shirt
- black dress – the skirt can also be white and the shirt
- Crayons – they will also be available, but if you have your favorites, take them with you
The seminar capacity is max. 12 women. Arrival at the studio from 09,45. Parking in front of the house for 2 cars in front of the entrance or on the grass (at your own risk) or use the parking lot 200 m away across the Union stadium.
Water, coffee, tea and small snacks will be available throughout the day.
According to the agreement, we will take breaks and order lunch or you can bring your own.
