The next temple we will visit on ⚜️Journey to the Key of Life through the Temples of Egypt with a private Nile cruise ⛵ – September 2026 is Karnak.
When I enter the Karnak temple complex, I feel that it is not just a place – it is a living field of consciousness.
The columns here rise like stone trees of memory, bearing the imprints of thousands of years of prayers, initiations and human stories.
Karnak was never one temple, but a living field just like our inner journey.
Over the centuries it has been expanded, rebuilt and dedicated to new layers of knowledge.
On our pilgrimage through the Egyptian temples, I perceive Karnak as a temple of life force.
Here, one does not learn through words, but through presence.
Every step between the pylons reminds me of how many pharaohs, energies, and stories this temple complex has experienced… and all of this is hidden within this largest temple complex in Egypt.
Every relief whispers to me:
Remember who you were before you forgot.
A seemingly inconspicuous building in this complex holds a special place here, and that is the sanctuary of the goddess Sekhmet – the goddess with the head of a lion.
Sekhmet – lioness, protector of balance, goddess of healing and destructive power.
Her energy is raw, true and uncompromising . She doesn't flatter the ego, but heals with truth.
At Karnak, she was worshipped as one who could bring healing through understanding the cause of illness – in body and soul.
Standing in the space of Sekhmet means allowing yourself to feel your own inner fire.
One who can burn away old patterns, suppressed anger, and pain from old wounds.
Sekhmet teaches us that true strength is not aggression, but the COURAGE TO BE TRUTHFUL.
I have had 8 encounters with this goddess and each one was different, but always very profound…. 🙏
Sometimes she spoke to me, sometimes she hugged me, and once she even licked my cheeks… and that means blessing…🙏
Being face to face with this powerful goddess, the only standing Sekhmet in Egypt, who has stood here without a single movement for thousands of years in a 3 x 4 meter sanctuary is a mystical experience that will remain in your heart forever…🙏
So for me, Karnak is not just a monument to the past.
Karnak is a mirror.
Karnak is a reminder that the temple exists within us, and that when we become silent, we can hear its voice again... ❤

After visiting the temple, we let the experiences work within us and allow ourselves time for integration.
Integration of experiences is an important part of this journey, which is why we have, except for one day, always 1 temple per day.
The point is not to "re-church" this journey, "re-meditate", "re-ritualize"..., but to honor the capacity of the body and nervous system ❤
This journey is the jubilee 10th spiritually historical journey of REBIRTH through the temples of Egypt, which carry the energy of the 7 main chakras 🔴🟠🟡🟢🔵🧿🟣.
