I have been doing the cycle of 7 transformational seminars for women since 2018, and dozens of women have gone through it and their lives have improved.
I work with the system of 7 main chakras, which are located on the body as you see in the picture. Each chakra covers a specific part of the body.
Our body is very wise and through illnesses and emotions within the chakras it alerts us to an area of the body that needs our attention.
What is the basic need of individual chakras, what diseases and emotions are associated with it?
Chakras are energy centers - their condition is a barometer of your health - both physical and psychological.
In the chakras, the energy of trauma and painful events is stored in the form of blocks, and then less energy flows into the body.
Each chakra has its location on the body and its condition is reflected in your health, so it is very easy to determine which chakra requires your attention based on your illness or quality of life.
Clearing blocks in the chakras lead to significant changes in your life and you will feel reborn.

It develops in the prenatal period up to half a year of life, when a relationship with the mother is formed – to survive we need safety, regular food, warmth and the presence of our mother. When some of these needs are not met, traumas can emerge that cause blockages. If the 1st chakra is blocked, the other chakras cannot develop properly either and not enough energy flows into them.
Harmonic function: Stability, grounding, prosperity, mental health, vitality.
Blockade: Perfectionism, fear of failure, which can lead to irritation and aggression, poor orientation in the physical world, inability to rest, to be here and now, egoism, excessive inclination to materialism, frequent worries and fears.
On a physical level, problems with knees and legs in general, obesity, constipation, poor bone condition.

It is formed from the seventh month to two years of life, when physical contact between parents and child is important, the relationship with the father (masculine principle) and the pattern of connection between the male and female principles (father-mother relationship) are formed. If the family does not function naturally, blockages arise.
Harmonic function: Creativity, adaptability, satisfied partner relationships, self-acceptance as a man/woman, self-respect, self-love.
Blockade: Sexual problems, infertility, closedness, loneliness, anger, hatred, contempt, cruelty, jealousy, arrogance.
On a physical level, problems with the lumbar spine, hips, genitals, bladder.

It is formed in the period from eighteen months to three years of age, when boundaries are created in the child, he begins to realize what he can and cannot do and accepts basic moral rules. During this period, the child begins to assert its own personality - the self. Unreasonable harshness of upbringing and suppression of the child's will can cause blocks of the 3rd chakra in the future.
Harmonic function: Free expression of one's own feelings, joy of life, inner harmony, vitality, ability to assert oneself, realize.
Blockade: Fear, imbalance, timidity, inability to solve obstacles, repressed personality, trying to own and control others, dissatisfaction, inner restlessness, fatigue.
On a physical level, problems with digestion, with the stomach, duodenum, pancreas, liver and gall bladder.

It develops between three and six years of age. During this period, the child learns to live in a group (relationships with the environment are formed). Blockages can arise from a lack of love and attention from the environment.
Harmonic function: Equanimity, sensitivity, openness, balance between giving and receiving, compassion, forgiveness.
Blockade: Vulnerability, hypersensitivity, loneliness, depression, addiction and possessiveness, coldness, callousness.
On a physical level, blockages are manifested by disturbances in blood circulation, heart and lung disease, weak immunity and skin problems.

The development of the fifth chakra occurs from six to ten years, when a person begins to realize his own social identity. The fifth chakra is directly connected to the third chakra, therefore a block in the third chakra affects the function of the fifth chakra.
Harmonic function: Jdirect and free communication, creativity, receptivity, communication between the spiritual and physical worlds.
Blockade: Shyness, silence, dependence on the opinion of others, stuttering, muffled voice, different intonation, hoarseness, low self-confidence, not allowing to express one's own opinion for fear of a negative response from the environment.
On a physical level, problems with the thyroid gland, pain in the throat, problems with the cervical spine.

The development of the sixth chakra takes place between the ages of seven and twelve, when an image of the world is created and ideas about one's own world are formed.

The development of the seventh chakra occurs from the age of twelve upwards.

How is the seminar going?
We pay attention to each chakra separately - 1 chakra per month to give ourselves time to absorb the changes. First, I will explain the topics of the given chakra - what influences how it manifests itself in life, when it is harmonious or blocked, and how to support the chakra. I will then guide you through meditation and movement to clear your chakras. We will go deep and at the same time with kindness and gentleness towards each other. We work with emotions.
How long does the seminar last and where does it take place?
The seminar lasts 4 hours and from January 2023 it will be held in a popular self-development center maitrea in the center of Prague, always on Thursday once a month.
Should I complete the whole cycle?
This is the most common question women ask me. I answer that it makes sense to me, but the final decision is always up to you.
I consider the seminar of the 1st chakra to be key, which is the basis for life - confidence in life and a sense of security reside here. If the 1st chakra is blocked, you have various fears and at the same time not enough energy flows into the other chakras, which affects your entire body and overall experience of life.
Can I join an existing group of an already ongoing cycle and start from the 3rd chakra for example?
Yes. You will see for yourself how you will perceive the changes and the desire to continue.
As part of attending classes intuitive dance I went through the path of cleaning and harmonizing the chakras. Chakra by chakra, visit after visit, I deepened the path to my inner self more and more, in the "outside world" it helped me to stop being afraid to say things as I feel them, I removed people from my life , who either knowingly or unknowingly hurt me and I finally started! and actually for the first time in my life to value myself, like myself and trust myself! I want to go through the chakra cycle again because I see great meaning in it and it is the one "work" in my life that has brought me the greatest reward - self-love, freedom from fear and minimization of negativity! Chakra system is one of the basic functioning systems in the body, if you are afraid, you are afraid, the first chakra is blocked, if you feel guilty or ashamed of yourself, everything will show in the chakra system. I didn't know, I lived my life and didn't know why things were happening to me, I was sad, my life was empty, but in the material world I had everything and much more than I needed. I lived my life for children, I didn't feel joy. Míla showed me how empty my life is, how I don't like myself, where my ego protects me from the pain I didn't want to admit. I went through all the chakras twice. The seminars were deep, I slowly learned to read myself, to find things that were completely denied. I learned not to feel the pain, so that I didn't have to admit the truth to myself, which slowly left after unblocking and brought incredible joy. It's hard work and awareness.
