WINTER SOLSTICE 2025 AND CLEANSING OF LINEAGES
From Monday, the energy gates of the winter solstice - the energy of the transition into the new year - are open.
The winter solstice occurs this Sunday, December 21.12st at 16:03 PM with the sun entering Capricorn and is preceded by Saturday's new moon in Sagittarius, which I will write about later.
The themes of this year, which was about truthfulness towards oneself and others, are being concluded.
The year 2025 is the sum of the number 9 – endings, transformations, wisdom, and new beginnings.
And then comes the year 2026 with the number 1 – so we still have the opportunity to end, to release what no longer serves us…

On December 5th, I wrote a personal sharing of my year 2025, where I describe my feelings and experiences in more detail...
This Monday, I had a BIG REALIZATION in my meditation.
The immense physical and psychological pain that I have experienced this year, sadness, regret, hopelessness, helplessness, sometimes even despair... a few times I felt that the pain was so unbearable that I could not go on anymore... so many tears that came out of me, which would have filled a large container...
Every time this painful wave went away, I thought to myself that it couldn't be possible, that it was just me... I've been working on myself for over 30 years... I didn't understand where it came from...
And now on Monday it occurred to me...
The PAIN AND SUFFERING OF MY ANCESTORS leaves through me. Ufff
Our female lineage was very spiritual in ancient times, but then a period came when it was not safe, and many other generations of women had to close this gift... they had to suppress, diminish themselves, it was especially during the patriarchy, there was also a lot of physical harm and what it did to their psyche, I don't even need to write...
And I was born into our family to reopen that spiritual line and continue the ancient wisdom of my ancestors.
And to do this, it was necessary to release, to "penetrate", even the period when spirituality was not allowed...
I have been working intuitively with medicine, with the ancestral herb, with BLUE LOTUS for a whole year – I apply it to my third eye and heart every evening, and now I know why... (I also have the oil in my e-shop).
I love those AHA moments when it clicks...
I WAS SO RELIEVED and a wave of lightness and joy came over me. 🥰

By 2025, that which no longer serves us will end on all levels of being….
Often in therapy with clients, I clear the lineages, releasing the pain, suffering, and programs in the female and male lineages that we no longer need to repeat.
Thanks to my realization, I had the idea for a moment that I would do a personal RITUAL OF HONORING YOUR ANCESTORS - CLEANSING YOUR LINEAGES for you on Saturday.
I have conducted this ritual several times in the Czech Republic and in Egypt in a million-year-old cave as part of a journey ⚛️Soulquest – find a connection with your soul in the Egyptian White Desert.
But I realized that now I need to be more introspective...

I saw a long, very long line of my ancestors, dominated by the female line. It was such a strong energy, indescribable.
Everyone was tired, sad, quiet, scared… eyes downcast. I felt my throat tighten, as if there was a noose around it, just kick my legs and I would swing, just to free myself from that weight.
Then the song came…..and all the heaviness began to melt away.
Then I felt the heavy energy leaving the ancestors and me. She felt the love again, like back in Egypt. She wished it would never end, I felt wonderful and so did my ancestors.
